Refund policy

  1. All orders can be returned or exchanged by making a request here within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Returns/exchanges can also be requested by writing an email to maisonx.shop@gmail.com or sending a WhatsApp message to +91-8800692681 with relevant order details.
  2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; customers who have placed COD orders will receive a refund link to capture account details within 24H after pickup. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of details being entered.
  3. During pick-up of return/exchange items, labels and tags will be checked by the partner. Items with their labels and tags removed will not be accepted for return/exchange.
