Refund policy
- All orders can be returned or exchanged by making a request here within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you face any issues while placing a return or exchange request, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7046172020 or email us at support@maisonx.in.
- Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; For COD orders, you can enter your bank account details while submitting your return request. COD refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of pickup.
- During pick-up of return/exchange items, labels and tags will be checked by the partner. Items with their labels and tags removed will not be accepted for return/exchange.
