Masion X does some really good linen shirts and I’m repeat customer of their products.
My recent purchase included 3 shirts from them one of the linen and two cotton based
While the fabric of the linen shirt is excellent it’s the absurd exchange policy that earns them this poor rating
U can only exchange the product with the same same style just a different colour or size which I feel isn’t appropriate.
While they expect the customer to read the note beneath the product which i accept is my mistake but neither have they mentioned anywhere that the exchange can be only against the same style !!
As per the customer care executive it’s assumed and u can’t exchange Apple with pineapple 🤣
Since the product didn’t fit me well I requested them to exchange with another style and I’ll bear the difference cost for the same but they categorically denied it stating their own unwritten policy .
It’s sad that a good product is ruined by barbaric policies !!
It feels luxury right as you wear it. Absolutely loving the fall and feel of the fabric.
Linen is smooth and breathed well even in Coorg humidity.
The half placket design is something i hadn't tried before, a good variation of full placket - and it's actually very practical. good quality overall.
The grape shade is deep and warm. Fabric is the usual MaisonX quality - great!
